(Remember you can volunteer even if you aren't a consignor)

See the Register/Log In page to register or log in to the Ulimate Sale - you will need to register even if you won't be a consignor. Then click on Volunteer in the list or the Volunteer link near the top of the page. Choose from the list a date and time that best suits your ability to volunteer and click the box to the left (you may select more than one shift). Then click the "Add Me to Selected Shift(s)" button and you are signed up! Those shifts marked with a red box are high priority and will earn a pass to the 1st Presale!

The list below is a summary of the shifts available, if a date/time is highlighted in red, it has already been filled. Any date/time marked with an * denotes a priority shift and a pass to the 1st Presale. All other dates/times are regular shifts and will entitle a volunteer a pass to the 2nd Presale. However, if you choose to work TWO regular shifts, you will then receive a pass to the 1st Presale.

SECURITY SHIFTS

(MEN ONLY) We need at least 1 man per shift to work security. Job will include patrolling the sales floor, watching for theft and safety issues. Choose from any of the listed shifts. You will receive a presale pass to the 1st presale.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOLUNTEERS

There are a lot of different ways to help, and you will be assigned where you are needed the most. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your shift for instructions and assignments. For helping out, you get the best selection (not picked over) before the big crowds come. Volunteers will be the ONLY people allowed in at the presale FIRST.

Please be sure to bring any snack or drink (with you that you might need while you are working). Do not forget that you can take turns with a friend for childcare. . . you can watch her kids while she works and she can watch your kids while you work. Then you can come shopping together!

You must pick up your presale pass during drop off (ONLY ONE PASS PER VOLUNTEER WILL BE HANDED OUT – SO DON’T LOSE IT (as we are unable to replace any lost or misplaced passes).

Volunteers may then later shop at the half-price presale the night before we open to the public half-price sale. SO HANG ONTO YOUR PASSES, FOR YOU MUST BRING YOUR PASS FOR ENTRANCE. Only those actually volunteering will be allowed entry. Volunteers do not get to bring a guest to the half-price presales – only to the “presale.”
