DROP OFF / PICKUP INFORMATION


DROP OFF
Wednesday - April 2nd (11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
AND
Thursday - April 3rd (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
ALL LARGE ITEMS MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT THE BACK ENTRANCE
DROP OFF STEPS WITH NO SPECIFIC TIME SLOT (This means you are NOT scheduled
for a specific time for drop off and may come at anytime during the drop
off process):
- If you have ANY large items, park in back where access
to the building is easier. Otherwise you may park out front.
- Come in and sign in at the registration desk BEFORE
unloading your items. (Make sure ALL your clothing items have been
sorted by gender and size before you bring them in to hang).
- Bring a stamped, self-addressed, business-sized (#10)
envelope with your consignor number written in the bottom left-hand corner
so that your check can be mailed to you. Do not worry if you forget your
envelope. You may purchase one from us for $1.00.
- If you are a consignor, do not forget to pickup your
presale pass and guest pass. If you are also a volunteer, you will exchange
your consignor pass for a volunteer pass. Please put them in a
safe place, as we are unable to replace any lost or misplaced passes.
- After completing registration, bring your items in and
put them in the designated areas. Volunteers will be available to help
you with the drop off process. THERE ARE NO PRE-SCREENING WAIT
LINES. Volunteers will be screening ALL items that have been placed
out on our floor looking for stains, holes, out-of-season, faded, pilled,
non-working and/or unacceptable items. Unless the items are designated
for donation, any items that do not meet our standards will be returned
to you for pickup. MyConsign reserves the right to decline any items that
it deems does not meet this criteria.
- Please allow at least one hour for drop off!
- We appreciate you respecting the NO SALES in the parking
lot policy.
DROP OFF STEPS WITH A SCHEDULED TIME SLOT (This means you have scheduled a
specific time to do drop off and have received an e-mail confirmation from
MyConsign):
- Bring a stamped, self-addressed, business-sized (#10)
envelope with your consignor number written in the bottom left-hand corner

envelope. You may purchase one from us for $1.00.
- Scheduled consignors MUST pull their
vehicles to the back of the building in order for us to assist you (follow
the signs). STAY in your vehicle while a volunteer comes to you for your
driver’s license and envelope.
- The volunteer will come back to you with your license
and passes. Please put your passes in a safe place, as we are unable
to replace any lost or misplaced passes. The volunteer will then
start unloading your vehicle. You may assist the volunteer with directions
on how your items should be unloaded; however, please remain with your
vehicle (and children) at all times. (Make sure ALL your hanging
items have been sorted by gender and size as you pack your vehicle in order
to speed up the process of bringing your items in).
- After drop off, volunteers will be screening ALL items

CRUCIAL:
- All consignors must be checked in by 12:00 p.m. on April
3. Check in will CLOSE promptly at that time (NO
EXCEPTIONS). Consignors already in the registration line by 12:00
p.m. on April 3 will have one hour to place their merchandise in the
designated area.

PICKUP
Saturday, April 5th from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
ALL LARGE ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE BACK ENTRANCE
PICKUP STEPS WITH NO SPECIFIC TIME SLOT (This means you are NOT scheduled for
a specific time for pickup and may come at anytime between the hours of 5:30
p.m. and 7:30 p.m.):
- If you have ANY large items, park in back where access
to the building is easier. Otherwise you may park out front.
- You will check in for consignor verification and be
given your consignor number on a name label, which you must wear while
picking up any merchandise.
- Find your consignor number (in numerical order) and check
your unsold items against your report (which you may print out prior
to arrival) for accuracy. REMEMBER: Check the
lost and found pile (as those items have lost their tags) as well as
the designated area for any of your large items.
- Each and every time you exit the building, a volunteer MUST check
your items for the correct consignor number to ensure accuracy.
PICKUP STEPS WITH A SCHEDULED TIME SLOT (This means you have scheduled a specific
time to do pickup and have received an e-mail confirmation from MyConsign):
- Scheduled Consignors MUST park at the
back of the building in order for us to assist you (follow the signs).
A volunteer will come to your vehicle and obtain your name and consignor
number.
- Once you have been checked off the list, the volunteer
will then gather all you unsold items and bring them to your vehicle and
assist you in putting those items in your vehicle.
- PLEASE CHECK THOSE ITEMS AGAINST YOUR UNSOLD
REPORT (you can print one off prior to your scheduled arrival
time).
- After checking those items against your report, if you
find that you are missing some items, you may request to be given a consignor
tag with your name and number. You may park and take your children in with
you to look in the lost and found section.
- PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS AND BE ON TIME
FOR YOUR SCHEDULED TIME SLOT!!! If you are more than 10 minutes late,
you will have to wait until those showing up on-time have been helped
- NO EXCEPTIONS.
CRUCIAL:
- If you are unable to make the pickup time slot, or entirely
FORGET to do pickup on April 5, we cannot take ANY of your items with
us. However, you CAN have someone else pickup your items up for you as
long as you give them your name and consignor number.
- For security reasons we will NOT (NO EXCEPTIONS) give
out anyone’s consignor number. Therefore, if you are picking up someone
else’s items, make sure you know his or her NAME AND NUMBER.
- The donation truck will be loaded PROMPTLY at 7:31 p.m.
No entrance after 7:30 p.m. will be allowed to anyone. Any and all unclaimed
items will become the property of MyConsign and will be donated to local
charities. After the stated pickup time, it is out of our hands, so please
don ’t be late.
- ONLY HANGING GARMENTS are guaranteed
to be sorted by consignor number for easy pickup. However, it is our GOAL
to make this process as easy for you as possible, but the number of volunteers
we have for this phase of the sale will allow or disallow us to accomplish
this for you. If we fall short on volunteers, you will need to check the
different areas for toys, accessories, etc., for your other items.
- You will receive your check (minus the $10.00 consignor
fee, 30% of your sales price, and, if applicable, $1.00 for a supplied
envelope) in approximately 7-10 days after the end of the sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL -- MYCONSIGN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN
MERCHANDISE.

Consigning and Need Help At Drop Off?
If you are pregnant or are unable to find someone to babysit your younger
children while you do the drop-off process, we can help!
Here is how it will work:
- Sign up and register to be a consignor. See our Registration
/ Log In page.
- Activate your account.
- Prep at least half of your items following our guidelines
and input them into our bar coding system. Since there are a limited number
of time slots available, we want to ensure that they are reserved for those
who have worked to get their items ready for the sale.
- Send an e-mail to newmom@my-consign.com to
provide us with the following information:
- Name,
- Address,
- All babies’ due date(s) or children's’ birthdate(s).
- Preferred pickup time (if not donating unsold
items).
- You will receive a email confirming your scheduled drop
off. Please note - your appointment request is not finalized until you
receive the confirmation email!
This is how your drop off will work:
- You can pack all the kids in your vehicle along with
your consignment items.
- At your scheduled time, park in the designated spots
for drop off.
- A volunteer will meet you AT your car and pickup your
SASE and to borrow your Driver’s License (for verification) and take
inside to register you.
- Once the registration process is completed, a volunteer
will return your driver's license, presale pass, and bring ALL your items
in for you so that they can be place into the sale area - YOU NEVER
HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AND CHILDREN REMAIN SAFE INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE.
- These time slots are limited and on a first-come, first
serve basis, so don’t wait to the last minute to input all your items!!!!
This is how your pickup will work:
- You will show up at your designated pickup time.
- A volunteer will get your name and consignor number
to check off our list for accuracy.
- A volunteer will then bring all your items to your vehicle
for loading. Once again, you will not have to leave your children unattended
or drag them inside to pick your unsold items.
RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR SCHEDULED SLOT:
- You must register as a New Mom, Foster Mom, Adoptive
Mom (with a child less than one year old), and/or Mother of Multiples.
- You children MUST be in the vehicle when you arrive
at drop off and pickup.
- You must input all items BEFORE you will be allowed
to make an appointment.
- You must show up ON TIME (if you are more than 10 minutes
late, you will have to wait until those showing up on-time have been helped
- NO EXCEPTIONS).
