The 3-step process is easy and simple: (see our Registration/Log
In page to sign-up)
- Create a user account;
- Activate your account; and
- Register for our sale.
Once you have completed all of the above, you are ready to start entering your items. Registration ends March 31, 2008!
Write down your drop off time and date, as well as your pickup time and date so you don't forget!
The sale will be locked at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2008. Once it is locked you won't be able to add or edit tags, so don't wait until the last minute!
Welcome Tots 2 Teens Consignors!!
Tots 2 Teens consignors - to register, click on the Register/Log In link at the top. If you used myconsignmentmanager with the Tots 2 Teens sale, go with the Returning Users paragraph and click "Register Here". You may use your old number, however there may be some overlap between the consignment numbers and we will do our best to accomodate everyone. Please send an email to myconsign@gmail.com to let us know your consignor number and if you have any questions! Follow the tabs above to find out more about our sale. This sale also includes adult clothing, home decor and small furniture!
After you have registered for the sale, you can transfer your existing items to MyConsign. To do this:
- go to www.myconsignmentmanager.com
- click on "Sellers Enter Here;"
- log-in using same name/password as used for Tots2Teens
- click on "Manage Inventory;"
- click on Tots2Teens and select items you want to transfer
- then hit "Transfer Items" and from drop down menu, click "The Ultimate Sale."
If you have items that were not entered into the barcoding system, please send us an email at myconsign@gmail.com and let us know approximately how many items there are. We will need to enter these manually into the system before we can put them out on the floor at the sale.
Returning MyConsign consignors - please register soon to retain your consignor number! There may be some overlap with numbers between us and Tots 2 Teens, we will do our best to accomodate everyone.
Brand new consignors - Welcome!! Use the Register/Log In link at the top to create an account and register for this sale, please select a consignor number between 1 and 100 (some are already in use, the software will ask you to choose another number). Follow the tabs above to find out more about our sale and feel free to send an email to myconsign@gmail.com if you have any questions!

WE CAN HELP
If you are pregnant or have young children, and you are unable to find someone to babysit your children while you do the drop off and pickup process, please see our Drop Off / Pickup page for further information on how we can help you. It is our way of saying WE UNDERSTAND.
RECEIVE UP TO 75% OF YOUR SALES PRICE
All consignors receive 70% of their sales price, minus a $10.00 consignor fee.
However, consignors can get an additional 5% of their sales price when they complete the following:
- have five of your friends register with us,
- bring a minimum of $100.00 worth of items to a sale,
- AND provide your name at the time of registering.
If all conditions are met, you will receive an ADDITIONAL 5% in your check. This brings your total take-home percentage amount to 75%.
WANT MORE?
- The consignor that enters the largest amount of items receives a presale pass to the FIRST presale.
- When we have reached 300 consignors, we will put everyone's name in a basket and draw out one name. That consignor will receive 90% of their total sale prices (minus the $10.00 consignor entry fee).

- Please put the size shown on the tag (no matter what it is -- we will make up a divider for it). If no tag, you will have to guestimate the correct size by measuring the item.

RULES ON THE CONDITION OF ITEMS
- Items must have no stains, holes, tears, napping, pilling, fading, missing buttons or snaps, and/or non-working zippers or snaps.
- Any item that is found with missing, broken, and/or non-working parts, including missing or non-working batteries, will be pulled.
- Any item that has not been properly cleaned will be pulled.
- A declined item will be returned to the consigner or, if it is marked for donation, the item will be placed in the designated donation area. MyConsign reserves the right to decline items that it deems does not meet this criteria.

Tips:
- If an item has any sort of covering on it, the covering should be removed, washed and put back on the item. Remember a clean item is most likely to sell!
- Check items that require batteries to be sure they have a full charge. If batteries are old or seem to be fading, replace them with new batteries.
- If you are not sure of an item, just send an email to us at consignor@my-consign.com and we will respond to your e-mail in a prompt, efficient manner.
WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT
- Car Seats - Since we cannot give our shoppers 100% guaranteee that the seat has NEVER been involved in a wreck(minor or major), we are choosing a child's life over profit. A child's life is just too important -- thank you for understanding this policy.
- Any items with broken and/or missing parts or in general disrepair
- Any items where the color is faded and worn;
- Any items where the batteries are missing or not working;
- Any stuffed animal that is not battery operated; and/or
- Any clothing items that are stained, torn, napped, pilled, faded, have holes and/or are in poor condition (this also applies to accessories, which include hats, gloves, shoes, socks, etc.)
- Sleeper sofas or mattresses (except crib/toddler size)
If we find that a consignor continues to try to put through items or articles of clothing that clearly do not meet our criteria, MyConsign reserves the right to bar that consignor from participating in any future MyConsign events. We want this consignment sale to be a positive experience for both the consignors AND the shoppers; therefore, we appreciate your cooperation in following these simple and easy-to-follow rules.
